No Return Policy
We take great care to provide our customers with high-quality wigs and hairpieces. To maintain the hygiene and integrity of our products, we have implemented a strict no return policy for wigs and hairpieces. All sales are considered final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items, except in cases of product defects or shipping errors, as outlined in the section below.
Product Defects or Shipping Errors
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or if there is a shipping error, please contact OAW Client Services within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following criteria:
- The product is in its original, unaltered condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and labels are intact.
- The defect or error is reported within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
If your return request is approved, Oncology Aesthetics & Wellness | Wigs will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement product, a store credit, depending on product availability and customer preference.
