Trial Period & Return Eligibility

• The 7-day trial period begins on the day your order is delivered.
• You may return the wig for a full refund or exchange within this period, provided it meets the return conditions outlined below.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the wig must:

✅ Be in its original condition, unworn, and unaltered.
✅ Have the lace uncut and intact.
✅ Be free of any styling products, odors, or damages (e.g, no heat styling, no hair dye).
✅ Include the original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Conditions

❌ Lace has been cut or altered in any way.

❌ Wig has been worn, styled, washed, or tampered with.

❌ The return request is made after the 7-day trial period. 

❌ Tags, original packaging are removed

Return Policy:

1. Contact our customer service at info@hairwithacause.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the wig showing its original condition & the reason for return
3. If approved, we will provide return instructions. The item must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.

4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
