If you’re not completely in love with your wig, return it within 7 days for a full refund. No hassle. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully.

Trial Period & Return Eligibility

• The 7-day trial period begins on the day your order is delivered.
• You may return the wig for a full refund or exchange within this period, provided it meets the return conditions outlined below.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the wig must:

✅ Be in its original condition, unworn, and unaltered.
✅ Have the lace uncut and intact.
✅ Be free of any styling products, odors, or damages (e.g, no heat styling, no hair dye).
✅ Include the original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Conditions

❌ Lace has been cut or altered in any way.

❌ Wig has been worn, styled, washed, or tampered with.

❌ The return request is made after the 7-day trial period. 

❌ Tags, original packaging are removed

After you place your order, our work begins.

Before your wig ships, a member of our expert team will personally reach out via phone or email to confirm every detail, from color match and cap size to any custom preferences you may have.

This ensures your wig arrives exactly as you envision it, with the fit, tone, and finish tailored specifically to you.

If any adjustments are needed, we’ll take care of them before your piece leaves our hands.

If you plan to submit for insurance reimbursement, our team will also guide you through the process and help manage it alongside you.

You may be eligible for up to 100% reimbursement through your insurance.

Many of our clients receive partial or full coverage for medical wigs (cranial prostheses) and hair solutions related to treatment.

To keep things simple and fast, your purchase is made upfront, then submitted for reimbursement through your insurance provider.
