At OAW, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your wig purchase. Every online wig purchase includes our Automatic 7-Day Wig Trial. If you’re not completely in love with your wig, return it within 7 days for a full refund. No hassle. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully.
Trial Period & Return Eligibility
- The 7-day trial period begins on the day your order is delivered.
- You may return the wig for a full refund or exchange within this period, provided it meets the return conditions outlined below.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the wig must:
✅ Be in its original condition, unworn, and unaltered.
✅ Have the lace uncut and intact.
✅ Be free of any styling products, odors, or damages (e.g, no heat styling, no hair dye).
✅ Include the original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
Non-Returnable Conditions
❌ Lace has been cut or altered in any way.
❌ Wig has been worn, styled, washed, or tampered with.
❌ The return request is made after the 7-day trial period.
❌ Tags, original packaging are removed
Insurance Reimbursement Eligible
You may be eligible for up to 100% reimbursement through your insurance.
Many of our clients receive partial or full coverage for medical wigs (cranial prostheses) and hair solutions related to treatment.
To keep things simple and fast, your purchase is made upfront, then submitted for reimbursement through your insurance provider.
Our team will guide you through the process step-by-step, including what to ask your provider and the documentation you’ll need to submit.
We’ve made it as seamless as possible so you can focus on feeling like yourself again.

Return Policy:
- Contact our customer service at info@hairwithacause.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the wig showing its original condition & the reason for return
- If approved, we will provide return instructions. The item must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
